The CFR Sponsor Reward Program is special way to thank everyone who provides cash sponsorship for tournaments and fundraising events.

As if getting a great CFR disc that is only available through this program wasn’t enough, now all CFR sponsors have the opportunity to receive valuable awards. Sponsors simply complete and return the enrollment form provided with each CFR disc purchased. Monthly drawings will be held on the last Tuesday of each month. The names of monthly winners will be posted here.

2009 Exemption for the US Disc Golf Championship – In June, we'll be picking one lucky rewards winner for a coveted spot in the 2009 USDGC. This is an exemption, not a PAID exemption. The winner will have until a set date to register for the tournament. All travel and lodging expenses shall be incurred by the winner. ALL CFR rewards entries will be used to choose the winner of the USDGC exemption spot, INCLUDING those entries pulled for prizes previously in the year. So get those entries in by June! Value: Priceless!

Basic Rules for Sponsor Reward Drawings

Sponsor Reward Recognition Drawings will be held on the last Tuesday of each month. Winners will be notified by email or mail, and names of all winners will be posted on the CFR Sponsor Rewards Webpage.

Once you have submitted an enrollment card for the Sponsor Reward Program, you will be eligible to participate in all drawings.

Sponsors may send the enrollment card from every CFR disc purchased: if you purchase ten INNColor discs, you may complete and submit all ten enrollment cards.

INNOVA reserves the right to substitute prizes of an equal value.
