The big tournament is just around the corner and you have decided to do some full color discs and matching t-shirts. Here is some information that should help you get the best possible results from the process.

Note: The image must fit inside an imaginary circle of the stated diameters for discs. Properly submitted art can be sized electronically in most cases.

Copyright Information: All artwork submitted for reproduction must be original work or include written authorization from the holder(s) of reproduction rights. If you have questions regarding the possibility of copyright infringement it is strongly recommended that you research all available resources to insure compliance. The Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) is a not-for-profit organization created at the suggestion of Congress to help organization comply with U.S. copyright law, search the on the web at www.copyright.com.

Note: Graphics which are determined to be flagrantly violent, vulgar, or offensive will not be reproduced.

Graphic Formats: We can work with most file formats. Please call for assistance in design transmission. PC file formats prefered.

MAC Users: Save in a PC compatible file format with no compression.

Drawings: If you submit hand drawn illustrations, keep lines and objects sharp and well defined. Pen & ink lines usually reproduce better than pencil drawings that may appear “fuzzy” after digitizing.

Discs: Currently only DX plastic versions of the Roc, Aviar, Beast, and TeeBird are available for full color stamping. All discs are brightest white.

T-shirts: We usually use jersey quality 100% cotton Gildan® shirts or equivalent; White or ash gray only.

Delivery Times: Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery after receipt of approved art.

Text: Additional text may be added to your design for an additional charge of $1.00 per disc.

Photographic Images: Choosing images carefully will go a long way to producing a great looking disc. Keep in mind that good lighting, strong contrast & a good balance of foreground and background elements will reproduce best. Photographs should be original artwork with photographer's permission. Internet photographs are copyrighted.

Art Charges & Changes/Corrections to Files: We can make changes to your files in most cases. Any lengthy changes may be subject to pro-rated design fees. Additional in-house artwork design is billed at $50.00 per hour.

Final Appearance Note: Remember that the graphics on your computer screen are backlit. When your artwork is printed onto a disc it is a matte finish surface that is not as white as normal paper. It is beneficial to simplify color information (posterization) and to enhance contrast.
