Q&A
Memorable Win:
All wins are special. Winning is not ez.Advice:
Learn & know how each of your discs fly & then trust them for the shot you need it for.Goals:
After 40 years of playing & throwing Innova plastic, my goal is to play a few more years.Additional Comments:
My favorite course...the next one I play.REVIEWS
Mako
The Mako is very reliable for left or right upshots. It holds angle through out flight and it's easy to throw with touch. The Mako also has great glide and distance.
Coyote
The Coyote is easy to throw and has great glide. I use it when a Roc is too much disc and my Aviar is not enough for the shot. I have two in my bag; one for straight shots and one for slight turnover.
Pig
The Pro Pig is in my bag now after playing in strong winds and lacking a stable mid-range upshot disc. I use the Pig at medium range, and also for short side arm shots. It is very stable with a strong purpose.
Mamba
The Mamba is a long range turnover disc that is great for those with lower arm speeds. It turns up and over, then fades slightly at the end for my arm speed.
Vulcan
Early test results looks good for a new long range driver in my bag. I throw it with hyzer & it comes up to flat with a long, straight flight. The Vulcan is great for a less powerful thrower like myself.
Yeti Aviar
Don't let the flat, dented top fool you. This disc is stable & the plastic feels great. I use it for short drives and hyzer shots.
TeeDevil
Very stable for less powerful throwers like me. But, I know I can throw it hard into a head wind and it will go dead straight a long ways! Very fast and the wide rim is still easy to grip.
Wahoo
R-pro plastic feels great. This is not your typical water disc. This disc flies with the best of discs. The Wahoo flies straight and slightly stable on drives for less powerful throwers like me. I’ll pull it out anytime around a water shot. If your course has water then you need a Wahoo in your bag.
