This year, the United States Disc Golf Championship is celebrating 25 years of legendary competition, standard-setting media coverage, and unrivaled spectator experience. From October 5th-8th, 2023, in Rock Hill, South Carolina, the best players in the world will return to the famed Winthrop Arena for the most prestigious tournament in our sport. While there are multiple great ways to watch the Championship, nothing comes close to seeing the action in person.

Competitions, Vendors, Clinics, and More
For our 25th anniversary, we have pulled out all stops. In addition to two of the most anticipated tournaments of the year (the USDGC and the Throw Pink Women’s Disc Golf Championship) a ticket for the event includes access to the Championship Village with over 40 vendors, limited-release merch, give-aways, clinics, chances to meet the players, and two spectator courses. The USDGC Doubles, Monday Qualifiers, Dean’s Cup, and US Distance Championship are included as well.

Nightly Live Music
For the first time this year, the Fresh and Now Music Festival will be taking place in the Championship Village each night after the last putt drops. Big name acts will keep the party at Winthrop going into the night with live concerts. It is an absolutely packed week that goes so far beyond the competition itself.

Historic Skins Match
This year, we are excited to announce a Skins Match of USDGC legends taking place for all spectators to watch. The standard OTB Skins will take place at the Winthrop Arena on Sunday, October 1 for USDGC VIP/Gold/Pink/Silver pass holders. Then on Friday, October 6, a separate 9-hole skins match will take place around the Winthrop University lake available to all pass holders. This legendary round will feature previous USDGC Champions Ken Climo, Barry Shultz, Will Shustrick, and Nate Sexton.
Can’t Make It to Winthrop? Tune In on DGN!
For those who can’t make it to Rock Hill, the next best thing is to tune in live each day to Disc Golf Network. Coverage of both TPWDGC and USDGC will be available to subscribers for all four rounds. The Monday preview show, the Wednesday night Hall of Fame induction ceremony, and the first round of both the tournaments will be available for free on the Disc Golf Pro Tour youtube channel as well.

Last Minute Passes and Add-Ons
VIP Pass
The VIP pass will allow full Championship access with some added comforts and perks to make your week all the more enjoyable. Each VIP Pass provides four-day access to all eight rounds of the USDGC and Throw Pink Championship play. Attendees can enjoy evening concerts in Championship Village and will each get convenient on-course parking at Winthrop Coliseum and a commemorative VIP Laminate Credential.
Day Pass
For those unable to make it for the entire event, the Day Pass offers more flexibility. Priced at $25 during the advance sales period and $35 at the gate, the Day Pass provides access to any single day of competition from October 5-8.
Day Pass holders can enjoy the evening concerts in Championship Village after the day’s play concludes. Free parking adjacent to the USDGC 18-Hole Spectator Course is available to all pass holders.
Throw Pink Make a Difference Championship Pass
This year, we want to increase our impact on Throw Pink and its ongoing efforts to end breast cancer by raising $10,000 for the organization. Throw Pink pass holders will get exclusive access to the Throw Pink Clinic on Championship Saturday, exclusive access to the Throw Pink daily raffles in Championship Village, convenient on-course parking at the Winthrop Coliseum, a commemorative Throw Pink Women’s Championship Laminate Credential, as well as access to all rounds of the tournament and the Fresh and Now concert series. 100 tickets will be sold at $100 each.

Private Yurts Inside Championship Village
This is the ultimate add-on for spectators going in small groups who want their own private base in the heart of the Championship Village. Central between some of the most exciting holes at Winthrop, food vendors, the pro shop, and the nightly concert series, these yurts are in the prime location. Stop by your yurt to take a break from the sun between following your favorite cards. After the last putt drops, the Fresh and Now festival will be taking place in your yurt’s backyard.
Premium parking and a private restroom dedicated to the Yurt area make this add-on a no-brainer for maximum comfort all week. With only seven yurts available this year, this is the most exclusive USDGC experience available.
